THE NAPA COUNTY LAW LIBRARY

Law Library Update 08/07/2018

In anticipation of the reopening of the Law Library in the Historic Courthouse in early 2019, the Law Library Board conducted a survey of potential patrons to better understand how it can serve their legal research needs.  To view the results of the survey, click here.

DUE TO EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE, A PORTION OF THE HISTORIC COURTHOUSE IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE; THIS INCLUDES THE SPACE PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED BY THE NAPA COUNTY LAW LIBRARY.

HOWEVER, A PORTION OF THE LAW LIBRARY'S PRINT COLLECTION AND ONE COMPUTER WITH ACCESS TO WESTLAW HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE NAPA CITY-COUNTY LIBRARY LOCATED AT 580 COOMBS STREET, NAPA.  THE LIMITED COLLECTION AND A COMPUTER IS LOCATED TO THE RIGHT OF THE REFERENCE DESK.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAW LIBRARY'S BOOKS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY, AND CANNOT BE CHECKED OUT.

THE LAW LIBRARIAN IS AT A DESK OUTSIDE THE LITERACY CENTER MEETING ROOM, AND HE IS ON SITE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 10 A.M. TO 1 P.M.
